Hi, I’m Rhonda—Registered Nurse and Wellness Coach. I work specifically with caregivers and over-givers who have spent so much time taking care of others that they’ve lost connection with themselves. With over 30 years in healthcare, I’ve seen how stress and burnout quietly build over time. I help you slow down, reduce stress, and rebuild simple, supportive habits—so you can feel more balanced, energized, and in control of your life again.
