Hi I'm Rhonda

Registered Nurse and Wellness Coach. I work specifically with caregivers and over-givers who have spent so much time taking care of others that they’ve lost connection with themselves. With over 30 years in healthcare, I’ve seen how stress and burnout quietly build over time. I help you slow down, reduce stress, and rebuild simple, supportive habits—so you can feel more balanced, energized, and in control of your life again.

    We’ll spend 60 minutes looking at where you’re most drained and what needs to change.
  2. Get a simple 1–2 week reset plan
    You’ll walk away with a few clear, doable shifts to start feeling more balanced.
  3. Decide if deeper coaching is right for you
    If it feels like a fit, we’ll talk about my 9‑session package (3 weeks on, 1 week off) to support you from exhausted to energized and guilt‑free.
